Yoga and Chocolate Bliss day

After the dark month of January, Join us for an absolute indulgent day which will work body, mind and soul. 

The day will consist of some stretches and breathing to get the energy flowing and wake our body up. this is followed by a sacred cacao ceremony to stir the heart and soul. this will allow for deep meditation, clarity, peace and heart connection. After this experience we will stop to indulge our taste buds with a lovely afternoon tea of scones, sandwiches, cakes and plenty tea. 

After lunch we are back for an afternoon of powerful healing. 

This is a fantastic day of self care and one which will work in all areas of your body, heart and soul. 

The day will take place in Castle rooms, 63 Old Mill Road, Uddingston G71 7PE

And the cost is £40

There is a non refundable deposit of £15, balance to be paid 2 weeks before. Spaces can't be held without deposit. 

Please wear comfortable clothing and socks, bring a mat and blanket and water. ( extra bottled water will be available )

As we will be using cacao and has a few contraindications, an information sheet on consuming cacao will be sent out a week before with details of what not to eat before the ceremony and those of is not suitable for. 

Any dietary requirements for lunch please let me know as soon as possible.
